If you suspect someone has loaded that software in your phone, how do you remove it?

this is what you need to know, the government agencies (census patent cia etc,) they are all designed to react to you as a Citizen, they are not providing any leadership, leaders ACT they dont react, this is why you have no government, its all reactionary, the opposite of what a government does, any questions?

what your asking is are there radio signal scanners available yes there are. there are “spy stores” online that sell them cheap. known as a bug sweeper. but that does not work for cell phone signal(I.E. Cant see it). there are cell signal jammers available too pocket sized units are about $300US and will disable every cell around you for about 75 ft. I have one and it is so fun to turn on in resturants and watch people just freak out, my phone wont work! so hard not to laugh.

I’ve had people tap into my internet accounts many times because they’re all connected to the same user regardless of what you think. I’ll also be unemployed my entire life thanks to that. Luckily, I’m so frayed that I contradict myself to the point using anything against me is pointless. Take whatever I don’t have. Yes, I’ve heard clicking, static and echoing. I assumed it was my dad or “friends.” I’m upset with our government for allowing such open use. Manipulative people win again.

Yes, its ” A N answer to this problem” but it will get expensive over time. After all per-anum contracts are there for a reason.
Get open-source PHONEs or at least open-source phone OS. Then put up firewalls and screening functions.
..X..
